What your precision cut appointment looks like at Urban Halo.-
The first smile that will greet you will be our amazing salon coordinators. They will check you in walk you to the changing room where you can choose to either where a soft comfy Urban Halo Robe or just keep what you have on. Then you will be guided to your Artists station, where a warm consultation with your artist will take place along with any select beverage. Then, Our lovely assistants will invite each guest to follow them to our shampoo and conditioning lab. Guests are invited to close their eyes and elevate their feet in our comfy reclining shampoo chairs. A special light pressure massage given by our talented assistants, coupled with a rich and luxurious shampoo and conditioning treatment that is individually curated and recommended by your Artist, will allow you to melt in relaxation. After our guest has indulged in their mini escape to relaxation island, our assistant will escort you to your artist where the magic begins! Our artists have all gone through various and extensive training at different time periods, which places each artist on different levels of prices and timing. We recommend asking about these levels when booking your appointment as each level will vary in price depending on texture, length, volume and time and experience. Please specify if you prefer the Creative Director, Master Stylist, or Junior Stylist when you book your appointment.
This Menu reflects basic pricing and your costs may vary. Please ask your stylist for the cost of your service prior to starting. Please bring any gift cards, gift certificates or coupons to the attention of front desk personnel upon check-in. Prices are subject to change.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Appointments require a credit card guarantee. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. We ask for 48hrs courtesy call but appointment must be canceled or rescheduled with in 24hrs. If not there is a 50% charge of services booked. Arrivals 15 minutes after scheduled appointment time will be considered late and may result in loss of reserved appointment time at the discretion of Urban Halo Salon. Arrivals 30 minutes after scheduled appointment time will be considered a missed appointment.
We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Urban Halo Salon gift certificates. Gratuity may not be added to credit card payment. For your convenience, an ATM is located inside the salon. We do not accept personal checks.
